Children’s Mental Health Week

Organised by national charity Place2Be, Children’s Mental Health Week focuses on the importance of children and young people’s mental health.

The week’s focus is Know Yourself, Grow Yourself, with the aim to equip and empower children and young people across the UK to embrace self-awareness and explore what it means to them.

In support of Children’s Mental Health Week, we have created a number of free mindfulness and wellbeing resources for students.
